Habitat and Description: A low diffuse suffrutescent herb; flwrs. small from the top, pale yellow, no odor. Leaves are linear, subterete; pointed, pubescent. Fruit a small capsule. Roots woody; bark gray. Occasional on the gravel hills. Perennial; clay soil.
