Habitat and Description: Frequent in open post oak woodland on sandy soils over gravelly/sandy Pleistocene high terrace deposits, +/- level upland on Farquhar property. Associates include: Acalypha monococca, Aristida longespica var. longespica, Asclepias verticillata, Diodia teres, Froelichia gracilis, Helenium amarum var. amarum, Palafoxia callosa, Polypremum procumbens, Portulaca mundula, Tripogon spicatus.
