Locality: United States, Texas, JEFF DAVIS, 6.5 mi. NE of Madera Canyon Roadside Park - Eppenhauer Ranch. Low slopes above cliffs in pinyon-oak-juniper woodland.
Habitat and Description: Rare perennial to 50 cm; rays/discs yellow. Low slopes above cliffs; with lichens, mosses, liverworts, Selaginella, Galium and Heterotheca in pinyon-oak-juniper woodland.
