Habitat and Description: In shrubland on gravelly clay soil on level to gently rolling upland underlain by Anacacho Limestone. Common components of shrubland include Acacia berlandieri, A. rigidula, A. wrightii, Condalia viridis, Porlieria angustifolia, Leucophyllum frutescens, Celtis pallida, Diospyros texana.
