Habitat and Description:
Common in depressions on clay soils over Austin Chalk in disturbed grasslands and wood margins along Marshall Branch. Associates included Panicum virgatum, Tridens albescens, Carex austrina, Carex brittonia, Juncus sp., and Cyperus sp.
