Habitat and Description: Xeric riparian sandhills. Geology - Alluvium with Willis Formation above (Quaternary). Associates include Aphanostephus skirrhobasis, Brazoria truncata, Coreopsis basalis, Bulbostylis ciliatifolia, Helianthemum georgianum, Lechea san-sabeana, L. mucronata, Linum imbricatum, Matelea cynanchoides, Paronychia drummondii, Paspalum setaceum, Polanisia erosa, Polygonella americana, Quercus incana, Q. virginiana, Scutellaria drummondii, Stylisma pickeringii, Triplasis purpurea, and Tradescantia subacaulis.
