Habitat and Description: Common in moderately alkaline clay Vertisols in seasonal wetlands on floodplain of Zorro Creek. Associates include Baccharis neglecta, Eleocharis palustris, Helianthis ciliaris, Hordeum pusillum, Lythrum californicum, Melilotus indicus, Phyla sp., Scirpus californicus, Sorghum halepense.
