Habitat and Description: Locally common in moist sand on gently sloping banks of small tank in fire-maintained pine-post oak savanna. Associates include Eleocharis tuberculosa, Eriocaulon decangulare, Eupatorium rotundifolium, Juncus spp., Linum medium, Ludwigia linearis, Panicum virgatum, Panicum hians, Pinguicula pumila, Pluchea foetida, Potamogeton diversifolius, Ptilimnium sp., Rhynchospora glomerata, R. pusilla, Utricularia sp.
