Habitat and Description: Locally common in barish spots in salty prairie dominated by Spartina spartinae. Associates include Monanthochloe littoralis, Salicornia bigelovii, S. virginica, Machaeranthera phyllocephala, Distichlis spicata, Atriplex sp., Suaeda sp.
