Habitat and Description: Locally frequent in sparsely vegetated area (slick spot) in heavily grazed coastal prairie on Edna fine sandy loam. Associates include Hypericum drummondii, Polypremum procumbens, Cyperus cf. echinatus, Aristida oligantha.
