Habitat and Description:
Unburned, overgrown xeric longleaf pine sand ridge; geology- Deweyville Formation (Quaternary). Soils- Tonkawa (Typic Quartzipsamments). Associates include Matelea cynanchoides, Cyperus ovularis, Tragia urens, and Cnidoscolus texanus, and Selaginella arenicola var. riddellii.
