Habitat and Description: Common in open wetland pine savanna on Plant silt loam over Lissie Formation, nearly level "upland." Herbaceous associates include Aletris aurea, Anthaenantia rufa, Aristida affinis, Dichanthelium lanuginosum, Drosera brevifolia, Helenium drummondii, Hypericum fasciculatum, Hyptis alata, Lycopodium appressum, Marshallia tenuifolia, Pinguicula pumila, Rhynchospora spp., Sarracenia alata, Schoenolirion croceum, Utricularia subulata, Viola lanceolata, Xyris spp.
