Habitat and Description: Frequent in moist sand in drainage ditch at edge of degraded wetland pine savanna and sphagnum-Sarracenia bog on +/- level topography. Associates include Aletris aurea, Boltonia asteroides, Cyperus haspan, Dichanthelium ensifolium, D. lanuginosum, Drosera brevifolia, Eriocaulon decangulare, Eupatorium glaucescens, Fuirena sp., Hypericum fasciculatum, Juncus nodatus, Liatris acidota, Liatris pycnostachya, Ludwigia hirtella, Rhexia petiolata, Rhynchospora gracilenta, R. plumosa, R. fascicularis, Sarracenia alata, Scleria reticularis, Xyris spp.
