Habitat and Description:
Common in moist loamy fine sandy Alfisols on gently sloping roadside under utility line, shaded in AM by loblolly pine-hardwoods forest. Herbaceous associates include Silene subciliata, Ambrosia sp. (A. artemisiifolia?), Chasmanthium sessilifolium, Elephantopus carolinianus, Heterotheca pilosa, Monarda punctata, Oenothera sp., Rhynchospora glomerata.
