Habitat and Description: Rare in moist clay in heavily grazed pasture dominated by Sporobolus indicus. Associates include Centunculus minimus, Cyperus cf. entrerianus, Eleocharis cf. palustris, Galium tinctorium, Gratiola virginiana, Hydrocotyle umbellata, Juncus effusus, Krigia oppositifolia, Leersia virginica, Limnosciadium pumilum, Ludwigia palustris, Ludwigia peploides, Medicago lupulina, Oenothera speciosa, Phyla sp., Pyrrhopappus sp., Ranunculus hispidus, Ranunculus pusillus, Trifolium repens.
