Habitat and Description: Occasional in sandy loam of Leton-Aris complex, nonsaline coastal prairie with pimple mounds and swales. Associates include Ambrosia psilostachya, Aristida oligantha, Aster subulatus, Axonopus affinis, Baptisia leucophaea, Centella asiatica, Croton capitatus, Eupatorium capillifolium, Euphorbia corollata, Euthamia pulverulenta, Gaura lindheimeri, Helenium amarum, Helianthus angustifolius, Iva annua, Liatris acidota, Muhlenbergia filipes, Myrica cerifera, Palafoxia rosea, Panicum hians, Paspalum setaceum, Paspalum plicatulum, Ruellia caroliniensis, Schizachyrium scoparium, Sesbania drummondii, S. vesicaria, Solidago sempervirens, Sporobolus indicus, Tridens strictus.
