NW of its jct. with Co. Rd. 227 (this jct. is 0.3 mi. NE of bridge over Bastrop Bayou). Oyster Creek Quadrangle. Elev. 5 - 9 ft.

Habitat and Description: Frequent in nonsaline loamy soils (not Narta soils as mapped) in upland coastal prairie with pimple mounds and shallow swales. Associates include Agalinis oligophylla, Aster subulatus, Baptisia bracteata, B. sphaerocarpon, Boltonia diffusa, Chamaecrista fasciculata, Croton capitatus, Eragrostis curtipedicellata, E. spectabilis, Eryngium yuccifolium, Eupatorium serotinum, Euthamia pulverulenta, Iva angustifolia, Liatris pycnostachya, Linum medium var. texanum, Muhlenbergia capillaris, Myrica cerifera, Nothoscordum bivalve, Panicum hians, P. virgatum, Paspalum floridanum, P. plicatulum, Rhynchospora caduca, Sabatia campestris, Schizachyrium scoparium, Schrankia hystricina, Scleria sp., Solidago sempervirens, Spartina spartinae, Tridens strictus.
