Locality: United States, Texas, Caldwell, SE of Luling along the S side of the access road to !-10 on the S side of the interstate, 1.6 km E of the junction with US hwy 183.
Habitat and Description: Roadside area and adjacent filed in full sun. Associated with Quercus, Cnidoscolus, Brazoria, Engelmannia, Opuntia, Gaillardia, Lupinus, Phlox drummondii ssp. wilcoxiana, Selaginella riddellii, Aphanostephus skirrhobasis, Asclepias oenotheroides. White ray corollas, yellow disk corollas, rare in steep dry banks of ditches where little else is growing.
