Locality: United States, Texas, Cameron, Laguna Atascosa National Widlife Refuge, ca. 100 m. S of gate to Unit 1, ca. .5 mi. E of refuge boundary. Elev. 10 ft.
Habitat and Description: Open to dense scrub, very spiny shrubs prevailing. Brown silty sand, somewhat loamy. Prosopis sp.- Opuntia sp. complex. Shrub, 1.5 m. Basal diam., 1.5 cm. (one of many stems) Crown diam., .5 m. Climbing and sprawling over other shrubs. Flower: very pale blue-lavender corollas delicate sweet odor.
