Habitat and Description:
Habit a branched at based base of shrub; habitat woodland, chaparral thickets; soil clay; flowers are on terminal panicles; color white; odor fragrant; open during day; month Feb.- Mar.; leaves opposite, a pale green color; fruit an achene; bark gray; roots woody. This is the only pure white flowered specimen that I have seen in Cameron Co.
