Habitat and Description: Open Catahoula barrens with post oak woodlands, along gravel road. Geology- Catahoula Formation (Miocene). Soils- Kittrell- rock outcrop (Typic Udorthents). Community dominated by Quercus stellata, woodlands with open graminoid areas.
