Habitat and Description: Catahoula barrens below high hillside seepage bog. Geology- near Willis and Catahoula Formations contact. Soils- Tehran- Letney (Grossarenic Paleudults). Associates include Bigelowia nuttallii, Heleastrum hemisphaericum, Rhyncosopora pusilla, Polygala incarnata, and Scleria pauciflora.
