Habitat and Description:
Habit a low erect, branched from base herb; habitat open fields; annual; soil sandy-loam; flowers solitary, terminal; color yellow rays; month April-May; leaves mostly basal or from below, crowded. Only a few plants seen, it is probably an early Spring herb.
