Habitat and Description:
Known from Cameron County, an annual herb with perennial creeping roots growing in colonies on moist ground, resaca banks in sandy soil. Flowers umbellate, white-cream, odorless. Leaves solitary, smooth, rise from the rootstock. Fruit a small capsule, bark green. Occasional in depressions on the Island. The soil is a sand loam.
