Habit: more or less creeping grass. Habitat: edge of water. Soil: clay. Flowers: terminal panicle, with 3 dense spikes. Color: greenish. Leaves: linear, clasping, 40 to 100 mm. long. Abundant along the bank of the Arroya Colorado.
