Habitat and Description: Habit: erect, tall, tufted grass. Habitat: open fields, waste grounds. Soil: clay. Flowers: a large terminal raceme. Color: greenish. Leaves: broad, tapering to the apex, hispid, pale green. Very abundant, foliage is pale green.
