Habitat and Description: Occasional in sparse vegetation on massive solution-pitted layer of Devils River Limestone rimrock. Associates include Paronychia jamesii, Penstemon baccharifolius, Lippia graveolens, Aristolochia coryi, Linum rupestre, Thymophylla pentachaeta, Erioneuron pilosum, Condalia viridis.
