Habitat and Description: Occasional in diverse woodland composed mostly of Quercus gravesii, Q. emoryi, Acer grandidentatum, Juniperus deppeana, on mesic lower slopes of N-draining rhyolite canyon. Associates include Agastache brevifolia, Asclepias texana, Bromus anomalus, Desmodium psilophyllum, Drymaria laxiflora, Eupatorium rothrockii, Galactia wrightii, Lithospermum multiflorum, Muhlenbergia emersleyi, Oxalis amplifolia, Panicum bulbosum, Penstemon barbatus, Piptochaetium fimbriatum, Senecio millelobatus, Silene laciniata, Sisymbrium linearifolium, Solidago wrightii, Tithymalus brachycera, Verbesina oreophila.
