Habitat and Description:
Only a few plants seen. Rare in this region, only known in one locality. Erect herb, branching above middle, 14-24 inches high. Roots deep seated. Leaves alternate, oblong-linear, sessile, acute, 2 to 4 inches long. Flowers terminal, pink or red. Flowering in Aug.
