Locality: United States, Texas, Travis, NE side of Hamilton Pool Rd. ca. 50 ft. E of low water crossing of Hamilton Creek. Hammetts Crossing Quadrangle.
Habitat and Description: Rare, two clumps in gravelly soil (Pleistocene terrace deposits?) on partially shaded SW facing roadbank. Associates include Juniperus ashei, Quercus fusiformis, Eysenhardtia texana, Yucca rupicola, Berberis trifoliolata, Diospyros texana, Sporoblus asper, Bouteloua pectinata, B. curtipendula, Schizachyrium scopoarium, Bothriochloa saccharoides, Echinacea angustifolia, Hymenopappus scabiosaeus, Polygala lindheimeri, Zexmenia hispida, Hedyotis nigricans.
