Habitat and Description: Rare in moist silt along margin of freshwater marsh in ponded area. Associates include Bacopa caroliniana, Brasenia schreberi, Eleocharis quadrangulata, Ludwigia peploides, Pontederia cordata, Potamogeton diversifolius.
