Locality: United States, Texas, Webb, Chenault Ranch in north-central part of county, ca. 14 mi. SSE of Catarina, 8 mi. W of US Hwy. 83 toward FM Road 2888.
Habitat and Description: Flats dominated by Prosopis, Opuntia, Castela texana, Jatropha dioica, Jatropha cathartica, Varilla, and grasses. Locally common. Suffrutescent herbs 0.2-0.4 m. tall, producing many spreading stems from the base. Leaves terete.
