US Rt. 90 and F. M. 2523 E of Del Rio. Del Rio SE Quadrangle. Elev. ca. 1100 ft.

Habitat and Description: Rare in openings in diverse shrubland perhaps dominated by Acacia berlandieri. Woody associates include Acacia berlandieri, Berberis trifoliolata, Calliandra conferta, Castela erecta, Colubrina texenis, Condalia spathulata, Croton dioicus, C. incanus, Dalea formosa, Diospyros texana, Echinocereus reichenbachii, Ephedra antisyphilitica, Forestiera angustifolia, Guaiacum angustifolium, Krameria ramosissima, Leucophyllum frutescens, Macrosiphonia marcrosiphon, Mimosa borealis, Nolina texana, Oputia lepotocaulis, Oputia lindheimeri, Parkinsonia texana, Prosopis glandulosa, Rhus microphylla, Salvia ballotiflora, Schaefferia cuneifolia, Tiquilia canescens, Wedelia hispida, Yucca constricta, Y. treculeana.
