Locality: United States, Texas, Culberson, Near head of north faces, Victoria Canyon, Sierra Diablo, about 24 miles N of Van Horn, at Hudspeth Co. line.
Habitat and Description: Overhanging shale cliffs near rim; frequent in tiny crevices on bare rock. Rare or absent on lower slopes or more disintegrated cliffs. Flowers deep yellow, cloyingly sweet-scented.
