Habitat and Description: Attwater Prairie Chicken NWR, W part of Pipit Trail area; occasional in little bluestem-brownseed paspalum grassland on deep well drained sandy loam or loamy sand on undulating alluvial terrace. Diverse grassland with sandhill elements. Unusual species include Brickellia eupatorioides var. eupatorioides, Asclepias tuberosa, Aster dumosus, Croton argyranthemus, Elyonurus tripsacoides, Paspalum monostachyum, Phyllanthus abnormis, Trichostema dichotomum, Triplasis purpurea.
