Habitat and Description: Attwater Prairie Chicken NWR, frequent in little bluestem-brownseed paspalum coastal prairie grassland on Loamy Prairie range site, on pimple mounded upland on NW side of NE-SW stretch of rd. Assc. include A. longespica var. geniculata, Aster dumosus, A. paludosus, A. pratensis, Boltonia diffusa, Eragrostis spectabilis, E. secundiflora, Euthamia pulverulenta, Hypericum drummondii, Liatris acidota, Nothoscordum bivalve, Oxalis violacea, Paspalum setaceum, Schizachyrium scoparium, Sorghastrum nutans, Sporobolus asper var. asper, Tridens strictus. Pimple mounds dominated by Ambrosia psilostachya, Croton capitatus, C. glandulosus, Heterotheca subaxillaris, Diodia teres, Gaura filiformis, Rudbeckia hirta.
