Habitat and Description: Erect or ascending annual herb in open woodlands. Clay soil. Solitary yellow-brown flower from a terminal leaf cluster. Oblong-ovate, spatulate, pubescent, obtuse leaves. Brown bark. Fibrous roots. Frequent in the flat woodland.
