Locality: United States, Texas, Willacy, Middle of Corbett Ranch, ca. 4.5 airmiles SSe of Jct. of Willacy, Hidalgo, and Kenedy counties, or 4.5-4.6 airmiles N of Jct. St. Rt. 186 and St. Rt. 88. La Sal Vieja Quadrangle. Elev. 63 - 65 ft.
Habitat and Description: Stems prostrate, common in unshaded bed of mown sendero through mesquite woodland/shrubland on deep, well-drained, calcareous, moderately alkaline fine sandy loam (Willamar Series) on gently undulating landscape of Holocene sand sheet over Goliad Formation.
