Herbaceous associates include Aletris aurea, Anthaenantia rufa, Aristida affinis, Berlandiera sp., Carex glaucescens, Coelorachis rugosa, Coreopsis sp., Dichanthelium lanuginosum, Drosera brevifolia, Helenium drummondii, Hypericum fasciculatum, Hyptis alata, Lycopodium appressum, Marshallia tenuifolia, Pinguicula pumila, Rhynchospora cauduca, R. plumosa, Sarracenia alata, Schoenolirion croceum, Tridens ambiguus, Utricularia subulata, Viola lanceolata, Xyris spp.
