Habitat and Description: Rare among colonies of Eleocharis rostellata on moist silt and limestone gravel. Other associates include Andropogon glomeratus, Bacopa monnieri, Cyperus elegans, Fuirena simplex, Lythrum ovalifolium, Muhlenbergia asperifolia, Petunia parviflora, Setaria sp., and Scirpus pungens.
