Habitat and Description: Boulders and fine-grained pale soils in dense riparian thicket along arroyo which drains the cienega to the W, with Prosopis, Baccharis, Aloysia, Cynodon, Centaurium, Eleocharis, Nicotiana, in the drainage. CD scrub on low hills above arroyo. Weak, erect annual to 75 cm tall. Fls yellow. In sheltered crevice of canyon wall. Uncommon.
