Habitat and Description: Ashe juniper-oak woodland above. Associates include Quercus fusiformis, Juniperus ashei, Garrya, Juglans microphylla, Diospyros tex., Sophora secundiflora, Ilex vomitoria, Bumelia lanuginosa, Celtis reticulata, and Ambrosia. Perennial 75 cm. tall. Fls pink-lavender, mostly all past now. In gravel of arroyo.
