Habitat and Description: Several shrubs in mixed community in dry bed of wet-weather drainage and on adjacent banks. Associates include Quercus pungens var. baseyana, Q. fusiformis, Berberis trifoliolata, Dasylirion texanum, Prosopis glandulosa, Sophora secundiflora, and Juglans microcarpa.
