Habitat and Description: Rare, local, apparently restricted to dark clay or clay loam in 2-3 m diameter seasonal swale in barely perceptible sinkhole opening in live oak/post oak/cedar elm/juniper woodlands on +/- level karstic upland underlain by Edwards Limestone. Associates include Phalaris caroliniana, Krigia gracilis, Cardamine sp., Ranunculus pusillus, Marsilea sp., Eleocharis acutisquamata, Veronica peregrina, and Rumex sp.
