Locality: United States, Texas, Hays, Tabor Tract (a Prop 2 tract), 30 ft. N of Bliss Spillar Rd, ca. 0.4 mi. W of Gunsmith Rd., 4.3 airmiles S to SSE of RM 1826 bridge over Slaughter Creek. Signal Hill Quadrangle. Elev. 780 - 800 ft.

Habitat and Description: Rare, local, apparently restricted to dark clay or clay loam in 2-3 m diameter seasonal swale in barely perceptible sinkhole opening in live oak/post oak/cedar elm/juniper woodlands on +/- level karstic upland underlain by Edwards Limestone. Associates include Phalaris caroliniana, Krigia gracilis, Cardamine sp., Ranunculus pusillus, Marsilea sp., Eleocharis acutisquamata, Veronica peregrina, and Rumex sp.
