Habitat and Description: Corolla pale, almost white, without conspicuous maculae. Occasional in formerly heavily utilized Hilaria-Bouteloua grassland on deep silty soil of alluvial terraces. Associates include Acacia neovernicosa, Amaranthus sp., Amphiachyris dracunculoides, Aristida adscensionis, Bouteloua curtipendula, B. gracilis, Chamaesaracha coronopus, Chloris virgata, Conyza coulteri, Croton pottsii, Dyssodia aurea, Eriochloa acuminata, Hilaria mutica, Kallstroemia parviflora, Lygodesmia texana, Mentzelia multiflora, Muhlenbergia sp., Nolina texana, Prosopis glandulosa var. torreyana, Ratibida columnifera, Solanum citrullifolium, Thelesperma ambiguum, and Yucca elata.
