Habitat and Description: Rare, local in Pinus ponderosa - Quercus hypoleucoides woodland on steep slopes in header of mesic high-elevation canyon. Herbaceous highlights include Brickellia brachyphylla var. hinckleyi, Bromus polyanthus, Campanula rotundifolia, Euphorbia bifurcata, Geranium caespitosum, Heuchera rubescens, Ipomaea cristulata, Lithospermum multiflorum, Monarda fistulosa var. menthifolia, Panicum bulbosum, Penstemon barbatus, Piptochaetium fimbriatum, Polemonium pauciflorum ssp. hinckleyi, Salvia arizonica, Sicyos sp., Silene laciniata, Solanum fendleri, Stellaria cuspidata, Thalictrum fendleri and Verbesina oreophila.
