Habitat and Description: Rare in coastal prairie pasture on fine sandy loam or sandy clay loam on gentle to moderate slope on generally sandy landscape of post oak woodlands and coastal prairies underlain by Goliad Formation. Improved pasture dominated by Bothriochloa ischaemum.
