Habitat and Description: Rare in cultivated field/revegetation projects on clay soils of upland between old river channels. Near old home site marked by lone Cordia boissieri. Associates include Amaranthus palmeri, A. cf. berlandieri, Chamaesyce prostrata, Conyza canadensis, Coreopsis tinctoria, Croton leucophyllus, Palafoxia texana, Portulaca oleracea, Sida abutifolia, Trianthema portulacastrum, Urochloa fasciculata, and U. texana.
