Habitat and Description: Rare on top of unshaded, W-facing roadcut in Devils River Limestone. Associates include Acalypha hederacea, Berberis trifoliolata, Calliandra conferta, Calylophus sp., Centaurium calycosum, Clematis drummondii, Cynanchum barbigerum, Dasylirion texanum, Diospyros texana, Forestiera angustifolia, Gaura calcicola, Hedeoma drummondii, Hedyotis nigricans, Juniperus ashei, Leucophyllum frutescens, Linus rupestre, Mentzelia oligosperma, Phyllanthus polygonoides, Sedum sp., Telosiphonia macrosiphon, and Thelesperma simplicifolium.
