Habitat and Description: Occasional in vague depressional area in heavy clay in heavily utilized coastal prairie pasture on level upland underlain by Lissie Formation. Associates include Aster subulatus, Marsilea sp., Paspalum plicatulum, Croton capitatus, Rumex chrysocarpus, and Panicum hians.
